What is Planting Happiness? Planting Happiness is an initiative that was created to teach college students the benefits that caring for plants can have on their mental health.
Plant Trading Cards
The plant trading cards were designed to provide an engaging and accessible way for users to learn about and share different plant species. Each card features essential care information—such as care level, light, watering, soil, and propagation details—Designed for both beginners and seasoned plant lovers, the cards provide quick, accessible guidance while encouraging curiosity about new species. This project combines education and visual design to promote curiosity, connection, and community among plant enthusiasts.
Planting Happiness Book
Upon questioning peers I learned that so many of them wanted to get some plants but had no clue where to start or how to take care of them. The idea of Planting Happiness is that the book, cards, and labels give them all the information they need without being to overwhelming.
